1.      Product Features

There are reactive groups in the molecule, which can be combined with dyes and fibers to improve the color fixing performance. It can enhance the activities, dyeing of direct dyestuffs and wet fastness of printing materials, improve the wet fastness and wash fastness, especially the wash fastness above 60℃. The product does not contain travelling ion formaldehyde, will not release free formaldehyde and is in line with environmental protection requirements. It is suitable for dying the active or direct dyestuffs or treatment of printing fixing color and is particularly effective in fixing reactive dyes. It can be widely used for fixation of garment fabrics for export.

4.      Recommended Usage：

Before fixing, rinse the dyed fabric thoroughly (soaping if necessary) to remove any residual dyes, salts, and alkalines to ensure subsequent fixing.

a.       Impregnation method: Fixing Agent: 1-6% （o.w.f)

Bath ratio: 1:10-20

Temperature and time: 30-50℃, 15-20min

Dyeing cloth -- Impregnate in the fixing agent working solution at 30-50℃, run for 15-30min-- wash -- dry.       

b.       Padding method: fixing agent: 10-20g/ L

Dyeing cloth - room temperature, two impregnation two padding fixing agent working solution - drying

5.      Package and Storage

Packed in 125kg plastic drum. Store in a cool and dry place sealed for storage. Shelf life is one year.
